With 27 years of experience in harbor, near coastal / ocean freight and petroleum towing, Jeff knows the Marine Towing business. He’s a leader in developing and implementing practical and prudent operating procedures that incorporate safety management systems and training certification programs.

Jeff is an expert at bridging the gaps between shoreside company procedures and those in practice on the vessel. He has led several industry sponsored safety panels whose purpose was to investigate and develop solutions for several high profile towing incidents.

Over the past 20 years, Dione has partnered with individuals and organizations to implement customized quality, safety and environmental management and learning systems. As a result, she has developed and fine tuned an integrated, innovative, and dynamic teamwork approach for bringing about positive and sustainable change within organizational operating environments.

Dean's background in mechanical and industrial engineering and knack for building systems and processes ensures efficiency and streamlined accuracy.
